Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all bulbs and fixtures are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
